We've all been there. The same job that we were excited to start on our first day, is now a well of anxiety on a Monday morning. Or maybe, you once had lofty goals and ambitions, only to find yourself in a current rut, with no clear path out. Over the years, many people have asked me these questions repeatedly... how do I find a new career? How can I promote within my current company? How can I prepare myself for an upcoming interview? I want to do this/that, but I don't know the steps to take. Michael, where would you start? Answering these questions one on one has been very rewarding for me, as I find great value in helping others. I'm hoping that a new approach (one to many), can help others on a larger scale. I'll never claim to know all the answers. But I can provide some lessons that I've learned over the course of my career(s). Through "The Mike Drop", I plan on providing weekly lessons on leadership, career growth, career reinvention, communication, and relationship building. I hope my message resonates with you. If not, I hope you'll share it with someone who could benefit from it. Because if learning through my failures and successes can create one positive spark in someone, then it's all worth it. Thanks for tuning in! -Michael Greenwalt Helping Professionals Reinvent, Lead, and Connect P.S.
